Faznasha, is it really possible to lose weight
fast and healthy? You've probably already seen all of the 
advertisements that teach people that they can lose weight
fast: "10 pounds in ten days," "30 pounds in thirty
days"...but  what are you really losing?
 
   Most of the time, it's things like water, organ 
tissues...some extreme diets even cause you to lose tissue
from your brain and your liver. 
 
   Okay, probably not the best solution...so how can you 
lose weight fast and healthy? It all starts with
understanding what actually causes your body to be lean or
overweight...
 
   How Your Body Works
 
   Did you know that your body is ALWAYS rebuilding
itself?  As you're reading this sentence, your body is
replacing  30,000 cells with completely new ones. Now,
considering  this and that your body has about a trillion
cells, several  years from now your body will be composed
of completely new  materials than it is right now.
 
   Now this is good news, it means that if you get your 
body to cooperate with you, you can build an entirely new
body, and a thinner one, faster than you might think. But
the question is... how do you get your body to cooperate 
with you?
 
   You have to start with understanding the system which 
controls the way your body builds itself: 
 
your METABOLISM.
 
Your metabolism is in complete control of how fast your 
body rebuilds itself.  So if you want to control the 
rate at which you body loses weight and burns energy, you 
have to get your metabolism on your side.
 
   Now, this isn't as hard as it sounds. In fact, the 
thing which keeps most people from getting control of 
their metabolism is the belief that their metabolism is
what it is and there's nothing that they can do about  it.

   2. Muscle
 
   The amount of lean muscle that you have in your body

they're  forced to either gain fat or start strength
training.
 
   3. Less Stress
 
   Stress is one of the worst things for your hormone 
levels and can really throw your metabolism out of whack. 
If you have sources of extreme stress in your life,
they're  doing more than making you unhappy... they're
endangering your  health and making it harder for you to
lose weight. If you  want to develop a healthy weight loss
plan, make sure that  you include stress reduction.
 
   So there are your three tips for fast healthy weight
loss, and the best time to start is right now. While these
might not be as fast as the chainsaw approach, you'll
probably be  a lot happier with yourself in the long run.
