Terapi Aura....perkaitannya dengan Solat

Waktu Subuh
Wallahualam.

Romantic things to do:
![]() |
Richy.... |
This is not always easy, s finding romantic things to do for your loved one does not come naturally to most of us. You will have to work on this, plan for it and also make an adjustment in your mindset towards it
Luckily, if you get this right, the rewards coming your way will be worth the trouble.
Follow the list below and start enjoying the benefits of being romantic:
Romance on the beach – go to the beach, talk a long walk, have a picnic, enjoy a moonlight swim, build a sandcastle.
Plan a evening – you can even cook a romantic dinner if you are up to it.
Use poetry – either write it yourself or use someone else's.
Flowers – buy her favorite flowers or pick wildflowers on your way home
Send flowers – pick your partner’s favorite flowers or even a single long stemmed flower can be very romantic.
More flowers – fill a room with flowers. Scatter them randomly all over the room. Avoid anything with thorns!
Tiny gestures – leave little notes and candy where your partner will find it much later – after you have left.
Love mail – send each other love e-mail, notes and even love letters. Make a list of everything you love about your partner.
Revisit – your favorite places and go back to places you use to frequent when you started dating.
Say I love you – every day in many ways.
Send romantic text messages – every now and then just to remind your partner that you are thinking of her.
Take an interest – in your partner’s work, interests, hobbies, family, friends and passions.
Music – make a cd with your favorite love music. Slow dance together
Call – just to say “I love you” or leave a sweet message for your partner to listen to later.
Go to the movies – and make-out like teenagers. Go to the drive-in and have a romantic picnic in the back of the car.
Bath together – use bubbles, candles, soft music in the background.
Surprise your partner – do this a lot with small little token of your love.
Be there – for bad days with a hug, kiss, a cup of tea, a shoulder to cry on and listen without judgement.
Favorite treat – be the bearer of your partner’s favorite snacks, drink or even a special dessert.
Chores – help each other with chores. Show that you care and that you want to make her life easier.
Pampering – spoil your partner with a message, foot rub or a voucher for a spa or beauty salon.
Take a nap together - there is nothing quite like falling asleep and waking up in the arms of the one you love.
Share daydreams – this can be a very bonding, romantic and emotional experience.

Are you Romantic person???
I am...........

Emotional Moments
Emotional Moments
Have you ever wondered how to handle emotional moments?
We all have them. A grown child who you havent seen for a while comes for a visit. Then after they stay, he or she leaves. You watch then get in a car, or board a plane, and feel a lump in on your throat, or tears in your eyes. Your heart goes with them.
You watch a parade commemorating a national holiday. Sometimes it is the sight of our national flag, or a patriotic song or the knowledge of the sacrifices my ancestors made to come to this country.
Occasionally it is simply passing a young woman or man in uniform as they depart their homeland for distant ports.
Emotional moments. They are all around us. From the simplest activities of the day, to the familiar voice of a friend over the telephone, or the touch of a child, they come again and again and deep knocking at the door.
And so again, the question; What should we do with them?
The answer? Embrace them. Cherish them. Live them in the moment, for they are the silent powerful reminders that love and gratitude bind us together, and that always, what seems most personal is in the final analysis most general, and that we are all pretty much the same.
Since the beginning of Agel, and with the introduction of more and more of our incredible Gel products, I have noticed we are having more and more emotional moments. I read them in emails, hear them through conservations, and witness the joy our Team Members are experiencing as their health often dramatically changes.
A few months ago I was at one of our events. It had been a wonderful evening with Team Members. People were so excited to be involved with what Agel was doing. One young woman had sat silent through the meeting. Then when we were doing some product testimonials she went to the front of the room . She told about a severe health challenge her little daughter was having.
She spoke softly and tearfully about how Agel products were making such a difference for her young daughter. She ended her comments by saying Agel products are bringing my daughter back to me.
No one spoke at first, and then there was an outpouring of love, hugs, and tissues being passed around. No one was embarrassed, or uncomfortable, or ashamed.
That is exactly how it should be. In Agel we should be prepared for these moments, for we are literally being flooded with stories from throughout the world. Our business is indeed a people business, and emotion is the glue that holds us together.
Remember, this is why you do what you do.
This is why you joined Agel.
This is why you keep asking.
This is why you face rejection.
This is why you keep picking up the phone, make that presentations, and travel those miles.
It is in those moments, those shining wonderful emotional moments that remind us that we really are making such a difference.
So when they come, as they will, hold your breath, and with gratitude, take in the wonder.
I am Craig Bradley and I am Agel

Therapy....What that?
furture information clik here:

Mental health professionals use a variety of approaches to give people tools to deal with ingrained, troublesome patterns of behavior and to help them manage symptoms of mental illness. The best therapists will work with you to design a treatment plan that will be most effective for you. This sometimes involves a single method, or it may involve elements of several different methods, often referred to as an "eclectic approach" to therapy.
Art Therapy:
Drawing, painting, and sculpting help many people to reconcile inner conflicts, release deeply repressed emotions, and foster self-awareness, as well as personal growth. Some mental health providers use art therapy as both a diagnostic tool and as a way to help treat disorders such as depression, abuse-related trauma, and schizophrenia. You may be able to find a therapist in your area who has received special training and certification in art therapy.
Dance/Movement Therapy:
Some people find that their spirits soar when they let their feet fly. Others-particularly those who prefer more structure or who feel they have "two left feet"-gain the same sense of release and inner peace from the Eastern martial arts, such as Aikido and Tai Chi. Those who are recovering from physical, sexual, or emotional abuse may find these techniques especially helpful for gaining a sense of ease with their own bodies. The underlying premise to dance/movement therapy is that it can help a person integrate the emotional, physical, and cognitive facets of "self."
Music/Sound Therapy
It is no coincidence that many people turn on soothing music to relax or snazzy tunes to help feel upbeat. Research suggests that music stimulates the body's natural "feel good" chemicals (opiates and endorphins). This stimulation results in improved blood flow, blood pressure, pulse rate, breathing, and posture changes. Music or sound therapy has been used to treat disorders such as stress, grief, depression, schizophrenia, and autism in children, and to diagnose mental health needs.

Behavioral Therapy:
As the name implies, this approach focuses on behavior-changing unwanted behaviors through rewards, reinforcements, and desensitization. Desensitization, or Exposure Therapy, is a process of confronting something that arouses anxiety, discomfort, or fear and overcoming the unwanted responses. Behavioral therapy often involves the cooperation of others, especially family and close friends, to reinforce a desired behavior.
Biomedical Treatment:
Medication alone, or in combination with psychotherapy, has proven to be an effective treatment for a number of emotional, behavioral, and mental disorders. The kind of medication a psychiatrist prescribes varies with the disorder and the individual being treated.
Cognitive Therapy:
This method aims to identify and correct distorted thinking patterns that can lead to feelings and behaviors that may be troublesome, self-defeating, or even self-destructive. The goal is to replace such thinking with a more balanced view that, in turn, leads to more fulfilling and productive behavior.
Cognitive/Behavioral Therapy:
A combination of cognitive and behavioral therapies, this approach helps people change negative thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors so they can manage symptoms and enjoy more productive, less stressful lives.
Couples Counseling and Family Therapy:
These two similar approaches to therapy involve discussions and problem-solving sessions facilitated by a therapist-sometimes with the couple or entire family group, sometimes with individuals. Such therapy can help couples and family members improve their understanding of, and the way they respond to, one another. This type of therapy can resolve patterns of behavior that might lead to more severe mental illness. Family therapy can help educate the individuals about the nature of mental disorders and teach them skills to cope better with the effects of having a family member with a mental illness-such as how to deal with feelings of anger or guilt.
Electroconvulsive Therapy:
Also known as ECT, this highly controversial technique uses low voltage electrical stimulation of the brain to treat some forms of major depression, acute mania, and some forms of schizophrenia. This potentially life-saving technique is considered only when other therapies have failed, when a person is seriously medically ill and/or unable to take medication, or when a person is very likely to commit suicide. Substantial improvements in the equipment, dosing guidelines, and anesthesia have significantly reduced the possibility of side effects.
Group Therapy:
This form of therapy involves groups of usually 4 to 12 people who have similar problems and who meet regularly with a therapist. The therapist uses the emotional interactions of the group's members to help them get relief from distress and possibly modify their behavior.
Interpersonal Psychotherapy:
Through one-on-one conversations, this approach focuses on the patient's current life and relationships within the family, social, and work environments. The goal is to identify and resolve problems with insight, as well as build on strengths.
Light Therapy:
Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a form of depression that appears related to fluctuations in the exposure to natural light. It usually strikes during autumn and often continues through the winter when natural light is reduced. Researchers have found that people who have SAD can be helped with the symptoms of their illness if they spend blocks of time bathed in light from a special full-spectrum light source, called a "light box."
Play Therapy:
Geared toward young children, this technique uses a variety of activities-such as painting, puppets, and dioramas-to establish communication with the therapist and resolve problems. Play allows the child to express emotions and problems that would be too difficult to discuss with another person.
Psychoanalysis:
This approach focuses on past conflicts as the underpinnings to current emotional and behavioral problems. In this long-term and intensive therapy, an individual meets with a psychoanalyst three to five times a week, using "free association" to explore unconscious motivations and earlier, unproductive patterns of resolving issues.
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy:
Based on the principles of psychoanalysis, this therapy is less intense, tends to occur once or twice a week, and spans a shorter time. It is based on the premise that human behavior is determined by one's past experiences, genetic factors, and current situation. This approach recognizes the significant influence that emotions and unconscious motivation can have on human behavior.

BESARNYA makna DOA YANG KITA LUPAKAN- semasa duduk antara dua sujud
Dalam tidak sedar.
Setiap hari kita memohon didalam solat kita..tetapi sayangnya, kita hanya
Rabbighfirli (Tuhanku, ampuni aku)
Diamlah sejenak,
air hujan ketika kita masih kecil
Tetaplah membuka diri kita untuk menerima ampunan Allah
Ulangi permintaan itu beberapa kali hingga kita merasakan ketenangan
Kemudian sampaikanlah permintaan kedua,
Warhamni (sayangi aku)
Bukalah dada kita seluas-luasnya agar semakin banyak kasih-sayang Allah
yang kita terima
Ulanglah beberapa kali hingga kita merasa cukup Berturut-turut
sampaikanlah permintaan2 berikut dengan cara sebagaimana tersebut di
atas, satu persatu..
Wajburnii (tutuplah aib-aibku)
Warfa'nii (angkatlah darjatku)
Warzuqnii (berilah aku rezeki)
Wahdinii (berilah aku petunjuk)
Wa'Aafinii (sihatkan aku)
Wa'fuannii (maafkan aku)
Setelah selesai, diamlah sejenaklalu sampaikan rasa syukur kita
lain
(Hadis riwayat Al-Qudhi)

Warzuqnii (berilah aku rezeki)
Wahdinii (berilah aku petunjuk)
Wa'Aafinii (sihatkan aku)
Wa'fuannii (maafkan aku)
Setelah selesai, diamlah sejenaklalu sampaikan rasa syukur kita
lain
(Hadis riwayat Al-Qudhi)
